Welcome to ENLY Studio. These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of this website and the engagement of our services, in particular AI-generated product photography shoots.
§ 1 Scope
These T&Cs apply to all users of this website and to all persons who book or use our services. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these T&Cs.
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be published on this website and become effective upon publication.
§ 2 Provider
The provider is Elisa Becker Marketing Management FZE-LLC, Publishing City, Business Centre, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Full contact details can be found in the Imprint.
§ 3 Services
Through this website we offer the following services:
- AI Product Shoot package: a flat-rate AI-generated photography shoot covering up to 5 products with 25 on-brand photos in total (5 photos per product), including brand-matched creative direction and up to 2 revisions, delivered within approximately 5 business days.
- Additional products beyond the included 5 at a fixed rate of €100 per extra product (5 photos each).
- Optional 4K upscale upgrade at €10 per delivered photo.
- Information and content about AI product photography, e-commerce visuals, and brand imagery.
The exact scope of each service is described on the website at the time of booking.
§ 4 Booking and contract
By submitting a booking or inquiry, you confirm that the information provided is truthful and complete. A contract is concluded once we confirm your booking in writing (e.g. by email) and / or once payment has been received.
§ 5 Pricing and payment
The flat base price of the AI Product Shoot is €599 and includes up to 5 products with 25 photos (5 per product) plus up to 2 revisions. Additional products are billed at €100 per product. The optional 4K upgrade is billed at €10 per delivered photo. All prices are quoted in EUR. Statutory VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and applicable tax rules.
50/50 payment split: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value (including any add-ons) is due at the time of booking via our payment provider Stripe. The remaining 50% is invoiced and due before final delivery of the high-resolution, watermark-free files.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe handles payment authorization, tax calculation, invoicing (including VAT receipts), refunds and chargeback / dispute handling on our behalf. By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We accept the payment methods displayed by Stripe at checkout.
Deposit is non-refundable: Because the AI Product Shoot is a custom-made digital service whose production starts immediately after booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has begun. This applies in particular if the client later decides not to accept the final delivery, does not pay the remaining 50%, or fails to provide the cooperation required under § 6 within a reasonable period.
Watermarked previews / final delivery: After the deposit is paid, the client receives watermarked preview versions of the photos for review and revisions. The final high-resolution, watermark-free files (and any usage rights under § 8) are only delivered after the remaining 50% has been received in full. Until full payment is received, watermarked previews must not be used for commercial purposes; any such use is a breach of contract.
Late payment: If the remaining 50% is not paid within 14 days after the final invoice, we are entitled to charge statutory default interest and reasonable reminder fees, and to withhold final delivery until full payment is received.
§ 6 Client cooperation
To deliver the AI Product Shoot, we require that you provide clean product references, brand assets, and clear creative direction (or rely on our creative direction) in a timely manner. Delivery timelines start once we have received all required materials. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery time accordingly.
§ 7 Revisions and acceptance
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the flat base price. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days after delivery of the photos. Additional rounds of revisions or significantly different creative directions may be billed separately on a fair, transparent basis.
§ 8 Intellectual property and usage rights
Upon receipt of the full 100% payment (deposit + remaining balance), you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered watermark-free photos for commercial and editorial purposes related to your brand (e.g. e-commerce stores, marketing, social media, advertising). Prior to full payment, no usage rights are granted; watermarked previews are provided solely for review purposes.
We retain the right to use anonymized or non-identifying versions of the produced material to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you object to this in writing prior to the start of the shoot.
All content on this website (texts, images, graphics, videos, logos, designs) is protected by copyright and the property of ENLY Studio / Elisa Becker or the respective rights holders. Any reproduction, distribution, or other use without express written permission is not permitted.
§ 9 Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute legally binding advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as conversion rates, sales, or audience growth) resulting from the use of the delivered imagery.
For damages arising from the use or non-use of the information provided on this website, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 10 Data protection

§ 11 Right of withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
For digital services and tailor-made deliverables such as the AI Product Shoot, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly consented (via the checkbox at checkout) to us starting the service before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. By paying the 50% deposit and confirming the corresponding checkbox, you give this express consent. The 50% deposit covers the production work performed up to that point and is non-refundable thereafter (see § 5).
§ 12 Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, German courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
§ 13 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 14 Severability
Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
